General Introduction
This series cone crusher is developed with a unique patented designeccentric bushing moving around a stationery shaft.The reinforced main shaft is suitable extra heavy
duty crushing condition. Meanwhile, the crushing
chamber specially designed according to particles sink principal and its matching speed can sharply increase
the crushing ratio, output and content percentage of cubical product in final crushed material. The series crusher is regarded as new generation for replacement of the
traditional spring cone crusher in modern mining industry.
The PYH series cone crushers are characterized by the optimized combination of crusher speed, eccentricity
and cavity profile. This combination has proved revolutionary, providing higher capacity, better product quality and suitability to a wider range of applications.
The PYH cone crusher cavity can be converted from extra-fine to extra-coarse simply by replacing the mantle, bowl liner, adapter ring, and wedge bolts. In this way, the crusher is easily adapted to feed and reach desired product requirements.

Working Principle
Adapting particles sink principle(laminated crushing principle), as feeding laminated material and increase its idensity in the crushing chamber, crushing force given fully to material, through squeezing, bending, impact, grinding, and crushing between materials to get the materials crushed.
